Shipping & Handling

Dvonkids is a made-to-order brand and each piece is made especially for you when ordered on our online store. Estimated dispatch time for each product is a 3-5 business day. Once ordered, you will receive an email confirmation of the order - products ordered and delivery time. All orders are made in-house and shipped out from our design studio in Virginia, USA. 

We shipped only domestic for now and used trusted delivery partners like DHL, FEDEX or USPS and we offer a free shipping policy on order over $50.00 and that can varies from time to time, so look out for that. 

HANDLING

Once order is placed it cannot be cancel unless you email dvondsigns@gmail.com stating the reason of the cancellation. Everything is made by hand we try hard to keep waste at a bare minimum. Please email us within 24 hours of placing the order, payment will be return in the same mention of payment.

UNFORESEEN DELAYS

Our delivery timeline does not include unforeseen delays due to natural disasters, calamity, epidemic or situations outside of our control. In such circumstances, you order will be processes and dispatched after out production and supply chain resumes smoothly when any of the above events have passed.
